Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes with Whey2Live: Fall into your Whey

• 1 scoop protein powder
• ½ cup pumpkin
• ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 2 egg whites
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup water
• 3-5 packets Stevia

1. Mix all ingredients in larger mixer bowl until smooth
2. Heat non-stick pan with cooking oil over medium heat, add ideal amount of batter to pan. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked
3. Serve warm topped with Whey2Live Vanilla
